Can dogs eat cauliflower?
Yes, as an occasional treat. Cauliflower is safe for dogs when served properly: cooked plainly, without seasonings, and chopped into bite-size pieces. Large portions may cause gas, bloating and diarrhoea.

Why
Cauliflower has fibre, vitamin C and vitamin K, and is a good snack when helping dogs lose weight. The same fibre can cause gas, bloating and diarrhoea when too much is eaten. Raw cauliflower is safe in small amounts but can be hard to digest, and large raw pieces can be a choking hazard; steaming or boiling makes it softer and easier to chew and digest. Some dogs can have allergic reactions or sensitivities to it.
What to do
Give raw cauliflower slowly, in small pieces. Large portions may cause gas, bloating and diarrhoea, and some dogs can be sensitive to it.
How to give it
Steam or boil it plainly, with no salt, oil, butter, garlic or onion, and chop it into bite-size chunks. Boil or steam the tough stems. An occasional treat, not a daily snack.
