Delete your PetPrep account
PetPrep is made by Data Vallis. You can delete your account and your family's data at any time — in the app, instantly, or by e-mail if you no longer have the app.
Delete your account in the app (instant)
Sign in as a parent
Open PetPrep, tap “I'm a parent” and sign in.
Open your account
Go to Controls → Account. Optional: tap “Export my data” first to keep a copy.
Delete
Tap “Delete account”, confirm with your password (or your Google / Apple sign-in) and type DELETE, then tap “Delete for good”.
Done
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. All your devices and your children's devices are signed out.
No longer have the app? Request deletion by e-mail
Write to privacy@petprep.si from the e-mail address of your PetPrep parent account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within one month at the latest (usually within a few days), then confirm by e-mail.
To delete only one child's profile, sign in as a parent and open the child in Controls → Children → Delete profile.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Encrypted backups | Removed automatically within 35 days |
Purchases themselves are handled by the App Store and Google Play; their records are kept by Apple and Google under their own policies. A challenge that was bought but not finished is not refunded when you delete the account.
