Can dogs eat mango?
Yes, dogs can eat mango in moderation, as long as it is properly prepared: peel it and remove the pit. Mango is high in sugar, so keep it an occasional treat, especially for dogs who struggle with their weight.

Why
Mango contains fibre and vitamins A, B6, C and E. The pit is a serious choking hazard, can get stuck in the digestive tract and contains small amounts of cyanide. The skin is hard to digest. Too much fruit can cause bellyache and diarrhoea.
