Can cats eat cooked eggs?
Yes, in small amounts. A little fully cooked, plain egg is fine as an occasional treat. Eggs are a common protein in cat food, but they should only be given in moderation and never raw.

Why
Cornell lists eggs among the protein sources most commonly used in cat food, and PDSA says eggs suit pets, but only in moderation. Cooking matters: raw eggs can carry Salmonella and raw egg white blocks the vitamin biotin. Treats should be a small part of a cat's diet.
What to do
Offer a small piece first. If your cat gets vomiting or diarrhoea afterwards, stop and ask your vet before trying again.
How to give it
Fully cooked and plain, with nothing added; a small piece as an occasional treat.
Questions and answers
Why not raw?
Raw eggs can carry bacteria such as Salmonella, and raw egg white contains avidin, which stops the vitamin biotin being absorbed.
